Open Access Policy

Our Belief

  • Open access policy should be based on the belief that full social and economic benefits of research in support of development should be available to everyone who could use it – and build on it – to improve people’s lives.
  • Open access policy should be consistent with the broader movement toward open access.
  • Scientific research should be freely and openly available
  • Open access accelerates research and facilitates access to knowledge worldwide.
  • Barriers to the results of funded research unreasonably restrict innovation for the public goodness.
  • Our Policy:

The full text of ALL content is available for free and be Open Access without delay (i.e.no embargo period).
Authors are encouraged to publish their articles in open access journals. A charge may exist for a print version of the journal. We do not ask users to register to read. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose. One dedicated page to the journal.

Our journal has its own record in the Directory. To make our service Comprehensible and user-friendly, the link to a journal from the Directory goes straight to a homepage for the journal and not to a collection of journals or any other service.

All the necessary journal information pages (by 'information pages', we mean the journal's aims and scope, the editorial board, the instructions for authors, the description of the quality control system, the Open Access statement, the plagiarism policy, and the licensing terms) are hosted on this same site and not held centrally on another web site, Our insistence on this approach makes it easier for visitors to your sites to find specific journal information correctly.

We do not assume that visitors to a journal will automatically understand that the journal belongs to a larger group of journals or to a specific publisher, or that important information is held elsewhere. Neither should it be taken for granted that users will search for the necessary information that they need to carry out a full assessment of your journal.

It is our responsibility to ensure that the information pages are findable, easily accessible, up to date and relevant and we do it.

Our journal has its own dedicated website. We keep one unique URL per article. One HTML entry or PDF per article. No other service or product is present under that URL.

All the journal content that we include is in one place and not spread over various locations. This includes archive material. This enables direct linking to the articles from our site promoting findability and increasing usage of your content.
